Terms and Conditions

ORDER VALUE Opening order minimum $5,000 (ex. Shipping ex. tax). Re-order $500 (ex. Shipping ex.tax).

UNITS + PACKAGING All items are sold individually and are packed in either paper or foam wrapping.

LEAD TIMES Upon receipt of your order we will check available stock in our Sydney warehouse and communicate lead times to you. Average leadtimes are approximately 4 weeks for non stocked items.

ORDERING & PAYMENT Email your order to sales@mudaustralia.com. Payment terms and details will be on your order confirmation and are subject to change. We accept either Bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard. Note there is a 1.6% surcharge on credit cards. 

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a tax invoice as an order confirmation with payment details enclosed.

REVISIONS TO/ CANCELLATION OF ORDERS Any revisions or cancellation must be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. Any revisions received after 24 hours will be processed as a new order.

SHIPPING Australian shipping rates - 3% Sydney wide, 7% Australia wide. Export shipping rates – 25% (orders $500-$1,500), 20% (orders $1,500 - $2,500) and 15% (orders over $2,500)

BREAKAGES + FAULTY PRODUCTS All claims must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. Photos of breakages must be emailed to sales@mudaustralia.com with a description of the items broken. Breakages are not replaced individually, they will be credited, including freight, and can be reordered with your next order. Please do not dispose of broken products until your claim is processed. Breakages will not be credited unless shipped by Mud Australia. If you select to use your own courier we cannot credit breakages.

HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS At every stage in the process each piece is touched and worked by hand – an investment in craftsmanship that gives the finished products an emotional warmth and character that differentiates our collection from the mass-produced. Any handmade characteristics should be celebrated and embraced. We have strict quality control processes at each step of production and dispatch. If you’re not happy with the pieces you’ve received please forward an image of the product to Mud Australia within seven (7) days of delivery. Upon agreement by Mud Australia products returned in original condition can be exchanged. Return courier costs lie with the customer.

Third Party Marketplaces Resellers are not authorized to resell Mud Australia products through third party online marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, and the like.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY Mud Australia’s failure to exercise or enforce any Term of Sale will not constitute a waiver of these. If any Term of Sale is held to be unenforceable, all other Terms of Sale will remain in effect.
